I turned 65 on Dec. 15th. Christmas Day evening I went sledding on a local reservoir. I went down 20 times without taking a break. I am amazed at my health, energy, and stamina.
I am not a junk food vegan. I limit my sugar intake to 37 grams or less a day (high sugar consumption is directly related to dementia and altzhimers disease). In 1900 you needed to have a prescription to get sugar! I do not cook with oil, and almost no oil in my daily foods. The best info I find to enhance my health, and I change long held practices.
